It's not a hardware problem; it's a "heartware" problem. The Beatles sang it, and its true...."can't buy me love" All the high-tech toys in the world can't replace "face time". Unplug and connect as a family on a human level...this is coming from a dad of 3 who's kids stared more at their gameboys than anything else, whose wife was either glued to the tube or on the phone...meanwhile, i was surfing...we reassessed the function of technology in our home, and made the decision that while technology is great, it can't replace the human things...family meals, time outside, heck, even watching tv together or playing a video game together....Technology can be a family affair, but it sure can isolate as well!

Because all that technology takes away from the thing you crave and need, close personal interaction with your family. When you are using those devices, you are separated from your family. It is an artificial stimulus, it can entertain you, but it can't make you happy. Try a family game night, or 1 night a week where your family dose something together, and all those devices are off limits to everyone.

You might find that after a few weeks, that is the one night you look forward to.

hey i think that the problem is not in the technology i think that the problem is in u. u feel u r not happy all the time this means that ur unconcious mind decided not to be happy all the time . u have to figure out what is bothering u and solve it and one last thing use ur imagination alot and imagine what changes will happen to ur life if u were happy all the time this will motivate to to solve ur issues and replace the sadness with happiness .... my best wishes
