No one really knows. He was Jewish back then, but the Jews of today are not the same from back then, because of the tons of converts we have. The Sephardic Jews are the closest to the Bible Jews and that would probably be more like Arabs or Latinos of Spain origins.

Skin colour? He was kind of Arab-looking, I'd guess.

Jesus (pbuh) was born in what is now Israel. I would assume he would look much like modern-day Israelites.
