Daily headaches are definitely something that you should be talking to your doctor about. You may be having some of the "little" headaches due to allergies or sinus problems, or even something chemical in your house or workplace.

You may need to have a series of allergy tests done, and may also need to have your home checked for various chemicals and leaks in heat or air conditioning systems which can cause health problems.

Headaches can be an indicator of blood pressure inconsistencies as well as chemical imbalances in the body. Headaches can also be caused by weather changes due to the changes in atmospheric pressure.

I have suffered with migraines for decades, and have learned to make better choices in foods, exercise and keeping the amount of stress in my life as low as possible. That is something you have to research and work out on your own with your doctors advice and guidance. Every person is different, so I cannot say if what I have chosen to do will work for you.

You actually may think that you do not eat in an unhealthy manner, but you may be reacting to food additives and other food processing techniques that you are not aware of.

Please go to your doctor for guidance and then begin keeping a journal of how you feel and what you consume throughout the day. Keep track of times and whether or not you have or get a headache. I kept a food/stress/headache journal for a couple of months, and was able to see patterns that helped me pinpoint what had to change.

You really have to become very self aware. Headaches can be your body's way of telling you that you are hungry (your body is not getting healthy foods or enough of them) or thirsty (you need to keep your water intake high.)

Something as seemingly inconsequential as type of lighting you use, and the brightness and contrast of your tv and computer screens can contribute to headaches.

Migraines can be based on a monthly cycle, especially for women.

There are natural ways to make you life less governed by headaches and migraines, there are OTC medications and prescriptions which can lessen or eliminate the migraines. Please get yourself some advice and knowledge, and you can become pro-active in your health care. Have a good day.

1. When is the last time you had a headache? Couple of years (regular one) 2. What did you take for your headache? Advil 3. When is the last time you had a hangover headache? About a week ago 4. What worked for this headache? Time 5. What doesn't work at all for your headaches? Banging my head against a wall 6. Do you get dull headaches or throbbing headaches? I usually do not ever get headaches. When I do (regular ones) they are usually dull. A hot bath or real good massage works wonders. A chiropractor may help too to get you back in working order!

Your headaches could be from so many things. If your bloodpressure fluctuates.Do you get enough sleep or maybe too much? Also Their are things in some foods that you may think are healthy but look for monosodiumglutamate this is an artificial preservative found in chinese most deli meats and frozen foods and alot of pastries. If it does'nt say organic read the label.Another trigger is caffeine sometimes this can cause it or relieve it.The other thing is Yellow food dye #5 found in butterfingers and mountain dew.Have you had your vision checked you can have problems and not know except for the headache. One more thing you can have an allergy and the result can be a headache.I had the same problem headaches everyday and really bad ones 2-3 times a month mine was sleep and barometric pressure, this is when you go in om outside or reverse or in a car and your ears pop.It occurs with the weather this can affect your whole mood especially kids.

Most of the time what I have seen is I get headaches when the weather changes. It's all barometric pressure for me. If over a few days the pressure is going up and down, up and down, I get pretty severe headaches and body aches. Also, I know a lot of people say this but try to get a little more sleep each night. Also if there are stresses in your life try and do something to reduce them. That's all I've got. Good luck.

Some headaches are caused by food allergies, eat healthier and if you have alot of stress in your life it can make your shoulders tense and cause knots at the base of your skull so get a massage to help.

If you eat well, drink enough water and take exercise and you are getting headaches you could have a food allergy. Have an allergy test and talk to your doctor.

talk to your doctor about it. Migraines are painful and there are several different kinds, if you have been on the same medication for years it may be time to switch it up with something different your body becomes adjusted to one and they stop working. Good luck
