Good night sleep , healthy eating habits , exercise and no drugs

I have to sleep 9 hours a night to be in full working order with lots of energy (I know every one thinks I'm weird and that's TOO much sleep, but really we need more than 6 hours pple!!!) And I drink carrot juice most afternoons, because it makes me wake up and doesn't make me exhausted 2 hours later, like energy drinks do.
