I get all A's and Honor Roll and my friends tell me i am very intimidating but I try to impress boys so bad. I don't know what to do, I have alot of guy friends and guess i can be mean sometimes so i can't be hurt but i want a BF so bad so someone help me!

Be happy that while your friends have generic boyfriends your waiting on a guy more deserving of your time and energy. Do not want for a boyfriend, want for a deserving one!

It's great that your smart and probably beautiful as well, but that is what intimidates guys. They are intimidated by 2 things ...girls that are smarter than they are, and beautiful women that they are afraid are too beautiful, and won't have them. Now, don't even think about letting your grades drop to get a guy. You might need to loosen up though. even though you get good grades, be humble don't try to impress guys. The more you don't worry about it, the less uptight you'll be and the more guys you'll have to choose from. The other thing is, don't treat anyone and I mean ANYONE, like they are lower than you. Nerds, geeks, jocks, cheerleaders...whoever. Just be nice to everyone. You don't have to DATE everyone, just be nice. If someone asks you out that you don't want to date, just say no thank you with a smile and that will be it. I don't know you, so I'm not making any assumptions. That's why I'm saying this. you might already be doing this. Don't let others do it either. Don't let people bother you that don't like the fact that your nice to everyone. If people make fun, roll your eyes and go on your way. Those that make fun of others, are the people to feel sorry for. Trust me, even if it isn't right away, this will make you a more desireable person. If you know what you want, and want a specific type or personality in a guy, you might have to go on a dating website....provided you can get on. I'd try EHARMONY.COM They have a good reputation as not being just a sex site, and they have a pretty good track record.

You can't get bf like how you get your "As". Try not to be so intimidating & mean when dealing with guys or girls as well. they don't deserve you cruel & mean words. Even you don't deserve such treatment right? Be patient, you'll find your bf when the times come. Love is a beautiful thing that we can't control & force to have. That's why love is love. i have the same problem with girls, except i dont get a's. try just being yourself and you may want to try waiting for a guy you really like, if you invite me over to hang out then he'll probly like you too

maybe you have lousy taste in guys... when you are legal, go for older more mature guys...
