Okay, confession time. I used to nick my sisterš childrenš farley rusks when they would not finish theirs. just cut the soggy ends off and I used to eat them. I am still alive!

Yes they are fine. One of the other respondents mentioned about the fruit based baby foods... absolutely correct. They are terrific. I often have them as a snack instead of a chocolate bar. Much healthier although I have to admit I don't eat the jar of mush when others are around! ;)

My Son who is nearly 25 loves them for a daft treat every now and again I buy them for him to watch the pure look of my ideal food on his face as he eats 3 with hot milk is lovely Go on enjoy

I presume you mean rusks?? If so then yes they're fine to eat,we love them,and my brother eats them too,not done us any harm. You're not going to feed a baby something harmful are you-so they'll be fine for adults too.

I thought you meant that baby food muck you buy in jars
I have been buying Rusks for years not for a baby but for my
son`s when they were teenagers they ate them like biscuits
I also love them I buy them now for my grand daughter but i also eat them

Hey, we use the jars of fruit all the time for ice cream topping (less sugar than in actual toppings or pie fillings)...baby food is made healthier than adult food, so why not? :)

yea, i eat them because my kids do but they are a good source of calcium and i dont drink milk, so i eat them
