5 foot 6 and 130? I'd kill to be shaped like that!!! Listen: as long as you are active and eating healthy, you will be healthy. Don't try to look like those bony anorexic models in the magazines. They are really unhealthy and most guys I know find them unattractive.(not that it matters what anyone else thinks of you). Take it from me, what the media thinks you should look like is NOT what you should look like. People are dying because of this "fashion trend" and I think we should concentrate more on just being healthy than "can I get down to a size 0"

Nah not really... It looks healthy to me if a girl is not to skinny.
When ever I see a girl that is to skinny I think she is sick or has aids. I know that's wrong but that's what people who are sick or have aids look like, skinny and unhealthy.
Plus at your age your weight will vary but being 5' 6" and 130 pounds is about right...

I think, one should try to lose FAT, not weight, don't you think? I mean, it all comes down to how good/bad your body looks - nobody's going to put you on the weights, right?
If you see extra fat, if you have a fat bottom which looks and feels like dough, then you should. If not, then why even bother?

At 14 you have a lot of growing left to do.Eat healthily and work out.
Otherwise your hair, skin & nails wont look good, and you could even stunt your growth...
And if you take into consideration your health.....
well figure it out!
