Is it true that it makes your hair grow faster? Has any of you ever actually tried it? Did you see results? Is it worth buying (it's not very expensive where I live)

It doesn't make your hair grow faster, but it makes it grow healthier and protects against split ends. Back around 2 years ago or so, my hair was long and I constantly had split ends. I got Garnier Fructis Longand Strong and it worked great. After a while of using it, I didn't get split ends and my hair was a lot more healthy. It is definately worth the investment.

I have never tried it and I have never seen anyone that has had this to be true. I do know this; most of the products that you buy in the department store only coat the hair, in some cases may even damage the hair depending on the ph levels in them. Don't get me wrong, I am not knocking any product on the shelves, but from my years of experience and my education, I know that there is a difference in the store brand shampoos, and conditioners and the salon ones. I will tell you this if you want to see your hair grow faster and stronger than use good products. the ph in them are not as high and you will see a difference in your hair in just one use. My favorites are Redken, and Matrix, Bed Head and Cat Walk. they may be more money, but you know what they say, You get what you pay for, and this has never been more true in any thing like it is in hair products.

I'm not sure it's supposed to make your hair grow longer but to keep long hair strong because supposedly long hair can be easier to damage. I've never tried the product but if it's really cheap maybe you could just buy it and find out?

Well, it's economical (cost wise) and honestly, it depends on your hair type. It doesn't suit some ppl. I use it, and love it. Of course, I need to use a good conditioner after shampoo coz my hair is really dry. Also, you need to get tiny trims every 3 months. It promotes hair growth.

Good luck.

No, I tried it and the shampoo dried out my hair. But it might work for some, just not for me.
