Not sure where you are but if you're around snow, take them skiing or sledding, rent movies and make a LOT of snack food, like icecream sundays and things like that, make some fun games taht they might be resistant about at first but then will love, my mom used to do that with me -like charades. You can play poker too, we used to do that with my dad, he would give us $5each and let us bet with it and whoever won got to keep it. Well good luck and have fun

Movies, rented or theater
Cooking Pizza together
skiing
sledding
building snowmen.
Oh by the way I am in the extreme north where we got alot of snow, if you are in warmer weather, they wouldn't work.
Be sure to keep a watch on 16 year olds. They will sneek to do ANYTHING, I have one of my own. I would s uggest sleeping between them.

Try taking them out for a movie or a walk around the mall.
