I was going to say Sex until I read the full question... I will change to exercise. Kiddies do not get enough exercise these days. A long walk, bike ride, something you can do together would be best. Take her to the country side for a long walk/jog... she will be starving when you get home

Why worry if she's eating healthily. You can make lots of home-made soup... throw in loads of vegetables and she'll enjoy it.
It's not a bad thing as children can be fussy at a young age. A good home made soup is usually a winner.
Experiment with different soups.
If you are really concerned then take her to see a doctor but if she's eating regularly and in small amounts then she's fine. I won't worry too much.

Good nutrition and a balanced diet will help your child grow up healthy. Whether your kid is a toddler or a teen, you can take steps to improve nutrition and encourage smart eating habits. Five of the best strategies are:
1) Have regular family meals.
2) Serve a variety of healthy foods and snacks.
3) Be a role model by eating healthy yourself.
4) Avoid battles over food.
5) Involve kids in the process.
But it's not easy to take these steps when everyone is juggling busy schedules and convenience food, such as fast food, is so readily available.

Good luck.

Firstly if you are in any doubt at all get her checked out by a doctor. It is probably nothing but at least eliminate the possibility of illness. Exercise is the best way to develop an appetite, you don't say how old she is so it limits what could be recommended but get her to a local park or take her walks in the fresh air. Gradually add other foods into her eating pattern and see how she goes. Good Luck

Well - its not the worst thing she could be eating - imagine if she would only eat chips and burgers? You could try adding different ingredients to the food she does eat - like putting some peas and sweetcorn into the pasta and try different kinds of soup. Encourage her to try some of the food you eat and see if she likes it. Make friut smoothies for her - they are delicious and a great way to get fruit into kids.

Exercise and fresh air should build up her appetite and maybe she will be willing to eat a variety of foods.

Exercise and fresh air, also eating with her friends. Sometimes when they see their friends enjoying food, it can stimulate them enough to want to try it

Get her to help you with the preparation. Encourage her interest in food. Make pizzas together, or take her to the shop with you and buy interesting looking foods - brightly coloured fruits etc.
