nautical star tattoo?

i want a tattoo of a nautical tattoo on the inside of my wrist with 5 smaller stars around it the biggest star is only gonna be the size of a 20 pence piece and they quoted me £70 - £80 for this i have phoned a few other tattoo studios in my area and they have all quoted me between £30 - £40 but the tattooist i have always had and trust works in the first studio i mentioned r they tring to rip me off or r the other places crap please help what should i do

If you have phoned around a number of different shops and found an average price , then you can only assume your usual shop is taking the p***, avoid the rip off shop.

that price seems ok, as long as your happy with paying it. it woul dbe better to go with the place you know and trust rather than start off with a new tattooist just because they are cheaper. you pay for quility in tattooing. although the price is bit dear than the others, its worth it for the piece of mind of knowing the tattoist is of a good quiltiy

Whats 30 or forty quid difference when its going to be on your body for life?

Go with the tattoo artist who is most professional and you feel most comfortable with. Price should not be an issue.

I say go to the person you always go to. If you trust that they do good work...stick with them. Sometimes a cheaper tattoo means it isn't as good of quality. There are some crappy tattoo artists out there.

Good tattoos aren't cheap and cheap tattoos aren't good.

I would stick with who you know, its better in the long run.
