Laziness is not an illness.
It's a state of mind, it's good to have a lazy day occasionally to recharge your batteries.
Too many and it becomes a habit, and like all habits you have to decide you want to break it before anything will happen.

Change cures boredom but too much change too quickly causes stress. Some people thrive on stress. So we come to the dreaded word 'BALANCE'

Everyone talks about it but no one knows what it actually is because it is individual. It is one of those catch all words politicians love to use that make them sound as if they are listening to all points of view.

You have to decide what you want to do. If you want to be lazy you will be.

If you're trying to change someone else, then you need to be inspirational and charismatic. Not something you can plan, you have to be quick off the mark when you see the chink in their armour.

No.. but I do have a solution. One. Take small steps to get over your laziness. Make a list. and tackle them in order of smallest to largest. Being lazy is a choice. You choice to not take action! The first step is the step in the right direction! Now go do something small.. Make your bed, do the dishes.. You will feel good after accomplishing something.

Only if you want it. Laziness usually comes from someone who doesn't get excited about things that they want to do. There can be so many things to do in one day that it fills up all of your time. If you don't have some exciting reason to get up in the morning; you are missing out on a lot. Life is full of things to find out about.

I think so. You have to find something you like to do and keep moving. You have to learn to take care of yourself and in making that your goal work toward that in all things-liking having a clean environment, exercising to take care of your body, working so you have the funds to take c are of you. Make it about yourself and you might find incentive to get going and dispel laziness.

I'm sure SOMETHING you can buy at the pharmacy can cure you, just ask. But you should have some motivation.

Maybe raising pets. When the owner has to care for their needs, his laziness will be "forgotten".
