I have a stuffy and runny nose. No cough.

Should i still go down and work-out (strength + jogging)?

Or would it just be better if i wait until my cold is done? Will my performance suffer if i try to go work out when i'm sick?

Work out slowly to see if you'll get dizzy. Working out may help you feel better

I would wait until your cold passes. I think your performance would suffer and you may possibly get more ill. Stay home and rest and try to recover. I hope you feel better soon :-)

wait till you feel much better before working out again. This is so that your body dont have to work double in fighting against your cold and burning energy while working out.

Absolutely not....do not work out when you are sick. For colds, just get plenty of rest....and consume lots and lots of fluids....water and juices are best. Allow your body to rest and heal itself. Also, the rest you get while taking care of yourself can allow your body to rest and rebuild itself if your workouts are particularly strenuous.

Take a rest!! Skipping a workout wont do anything. Relax... take the time to get better

Get rid of your cold before you do any strenuous exercise.
