Tears come to my eyes when I think back on all of the fond membories she would speak about when she reminisced about her family.

If not, how can I make this correct?

Correct the spelling of memories and you should change "on" (as in think back ON all) to "upon". Also you use the word "about" too often, leading to redundancy, so I would change the grammar to;
Tears come to my eyes when I think back upon all of the fond memories that she spoke of when she reminisced about her family.
Also, just an opinion but "Tears come" doesnt sound the best. How about "Tears spring or Tears well in".

It seems a little long and hard to decipher. Maybe change the sentence structure to something like :
Thinking back on all the fond memories of when she would reminisce about her family, tears come to my eyes.
Other than that always spell check for typos! :)

Tears come to my eyes when I think back on all of the fond memories (not membories) she spoke about when she reminisced about her family.

This is the correct version.

The grammar is correct, but the spelling of membories is incorrect. It should be memories.

you can say it this way:

Tears shed from my eyes as i recall all the fun memories that she speaks when she misses her family

or

it makes me cry when she remembers her family because she would tell me all the fun memories she had with them
