A product called "Swimmer's Ear"

It's just like some eye drops except you drip them into your ears.. works like a charm.

Also if you don't want to go buy that you can make a half and half mixture of vinegar and rubbing alcohol and drip some of that into your ear, works just as well.

Hope that helps.

Twist a cotton ball to fit into your ear then lay down on the bed, with that ear to the bed. Stay in that position for about 15-30 minutes. It normally works better right after a real hot shower, simply because of wax build up is not as hard after the warm water hits it. Just make sure your ear is clear of wax because that will make it harder for your ear to drain.

STEP 1: Use over-the-counter antiseptic ear drops or apply a drop or two of isopropyl alcohol with a medicine dropper in the ear canal. Shake your head to swish about the drops and then tilt the head to allow the canal to drain out. The ear drops or alcohol dry up excess water and help kill bacteria. STEP 2: Ease the pain with a heating pad or hot water bottle. STEP 3: Visit a doctor for a proper diagnosis, especially if the lymph glands are swollen, if the ear is swollen shut or extremely painful, or if a fever accompanies the infection. A doctor may prescribe antibiotics (drops or oral), corticosteroid ear drops to reduce swelling, or medication to reduce pain STEP 4: Avoid swimming or submersion in water for at least 10 days after treatment to allow the ear to fully dry out and heal. STEP 5: To prevent swimmer's ear, wear a swimming cap. After a swim, shake and tilt your head to remove water from the ears. If water remains, use a hair dryer on a low setting or antiseptic ear drops (or alcohol

If you can hear it on your ear drum, that means you have swimmers ear which is an infection that you need to go to the doctors in order to get a prescription (for ear drops containing antibiotics).

I'm a swimmer and after getting numerous cases of swimmer's ear, I started to use wax earplugs in order to keep the water out. Other things that you can do to prevent future cases is to put a few drops of rubbing alcohol in your ears after you get out of the pool in order to dry the water out.

Herbal treatments - These treatments are developed from herbs.. For thousands of years, in ancient India, China and in other countries, herbal remedies have cured a lot of people from all kinds of diseases.

We can't really ignore that. Herbal remedies also usually do not cause any side effects.

Even modern medicine is now agreeing that several herbs have curative values and have a large role to play.

The ginkgo biloba herb can be extremely effective in treating tinnitus.

It can enhance blood circulation and treat vertigo - both these conditions have been linked to tinnitus.

Ginkgo biloba can also calm your senses and ease the symptoms. On the negative side however,

herbal remedies might not be as effective for everyone.

Essential oils - Sometimes essential oils too work very well.

Some people have got very good results by applying one kind of oil.

And for others, a blend of various oils has worked. Both these approaches can work.

Oils such as Cypress, Lavender and Juniper have been tried by many tinnitus sufferers, and they report positive results.

Essential oils work best when they are applied through vaporization, massage, inhalation, compression and bathing.

Optimizing Your Diet - The food you eat is crucial to your health. When we choose the right foods, we stay healthy,

and when we opt for all that junk stuff, we fall ill.

It is almost impossible to live with tinnitus but you don't have to. If you are hearing the noises, whether all the time or intermittently, you must seek treatment immediately. But sadly, conventional treatments only treat the symptoms of tinnitus and may provide temporary relief at best. Sure enough, the sounds are going to come back.

The only way you could ever get rid of your tinnitus for good is by following the holistic approach to healing. By using a multidimensional treatment for tinnitus, we are tackling all tinnitus causative factors and eliminating these triggering elements from the root. This is the only path for permanent freedom from tinnitus.

My partner and our daughter suffer from this, apparently some people's ears are not watertight. I took my daughter to the doctors and they advised her to get a product called Swim Ear, it's a spray to use every time you swim so it dries up the water in the ear. Water left inside the ear can lead to infection and in extreme cases tinnitus. (UK product).

Try over the counter swimmers ear medication or get a syringe like the one's used on babys and put peroxide in your ear then wait and rinse it out and do it again. I have tried it before and it works. GOOD LUCK!
