i do bicep curls and other exercises witih 10 lb weights....for "jiggle free" arms. the personal trainer that told me to do them forget to mention how often shud i do them? does anyone have any idea? i dont want my arms to look buffed or pumped or muscly (if that a word :0) i just want them to look toned does that make sense?

I would say just lift small weights everyday. Im not saying doing for an hour, take maybe 10 or 15 minutes and do different lifts with both arms. I do 5 pound weights every night before I go to bed for 15 minutes. It really doesnt take alot of time or energy. I have seen results, just some tone to the arms no bulky muscles.

the word is muscular...if you eat well your arms will probably start firming up after 2 months but after that there's no turning back once a weight lifter always one and it wont help to do only bicep curls u have to include triceps, shoulders and back and once u do that might as well to the lower body
