I want get cured from shortsightedness pls help me?

I got -3 for right eye and -6 for left eye iam 17years old i want to get completly cured form sight effects

There are two options you can try.... these are things that I have personal experience with.

1) You can try getting contacts. I find them uncomfortable sometimes

2) You can try doing eye exercises to improve your vision. I started doing eye exercises a few months ago. I created a blog where I post my progress. You can check it out at http://improvingmyeyesight.com/blog/

3) You can opt to do laser surgery. I don't think I'll be doing this any time soon, because I'm afraid of any risks or side effects... and I appreciate my eyesight too much.

No cure without glasses or contacts.Even laser will not be of help.
