It seems to me that the endeavor of trying to explain apparent complexity by presupposing a prior greater complexity is doomed to failure and logical absurdity from the start. I don't understand why people don't realize this.

Why doesn't vivian above ever ask where did her god come from? If she did she would realize that solving a problem with a greater problem is not a solution at all.

People really need to clean up their thought process. Courses in logical fallacies should be made mandatory. Maybe if they were they wouldn't be so extremely common on here.

Examples:

--- Begs the question that we were made at all. There is no reason for suspecting we were made. It seems much more reasonable that we result from mathematical laws of physics.

I shall answer this question InshaAllah from the Islamic point of
View.The existence and concept ofGod is known to people
according to the beliefs practised by the Famlies they were born
into and taught to them by their parents and the religion that they
Follow.A person born in a chrisrian family Family will be taught
that There are three Gods in one God , a person born in a Hindu
Family learns that there are many Gods available in different
Shapes and sizes and so on.Now you have been born in a
Family that is definitely worshipping God in some Form or the
other,but because of the concepts practised in your family or
by the people of the religion, it does nor seem logical to you and
therefore you are useing your intellect to question the existence
of God , which is a good thing , because belief in God almighty
is not based on blind faith.In todays world of modern science
and technology it is but natural that the best proof asked for is
scientific proof.
In Islam we believe in the existence of One God almighty who
Is the Creator of the Heavens, the earth and all that is in it above
it and below it.God is the everliving and has always existed.He is
exalted in power and might, perfect in wisdom and knowledge
and the best of creators.So let us analyse the existance of God
almighty in a logical way.
Now suppose i was to show you an object or a piece of
equipment that no one has seen before and ask you '' who is
the best person who would be able to provide the accurate
details of this equipment, after a little thought you are going to
say of course, the maker or the manufacturer,The inventor or
the creator.In other words any thing from man to the universe
that has come into existence has to have a creator and this
sopposed creator would have absolute knowledge of the creation
Now the Holy Quran which muslims believe to be the absolute
word of God almighty was revealed to an unlettered Man of Arabia who did not Know to read or write ,Muhammad [ peace and blessings be upon him ] who was chosen by God to be the
Last and final Messenger of Allah the almighty to mankind.The
Quran wasb revealed 1400 years ago in The deserts of Arabia,
where one would agree that at that time sciences were not yet
developed and sophisticated equipment not present,yet the
Quran speaks with 100% accuracy of scientific phenomen
present in the universe.
At that time 1400 ago according to the Bible and other theories
floating around the earth was said to be Flat. But the Quran
stated that the earth was spherical in shape exactly like the egg
of an ostrich.
The Bible stated that light was created on the first day, the cause
of light the sun, stars etc were created on the fourth day, day and
night was formed but the earth was created on the 3rd day ?etc
But the Holy Quran stated with accuracy the Big Bang Theory
In the formations of the universe and the state that was prevalent
before the Big Bang.THis is now a scientific fact.
The Quran stated that the sun has its own light but the Moon had
reflected light which is now a scientific Fact.
The Quran states that every living creature was made from water. which is a scientific fact.
The Quran quran states that mountains were fixed like pegs on
to the earth to stop it from shaking which is a scientific Fact.
The Quran describes with accurate details the stages of the
formation of the Human embreyo in the mothers womb which
science has only recently come to Know.
The Quran shows with accuracy the process of evaporation,
the formation of clouds, lightning.and Rain.
The Quran tells of the Male and female species of Plants created with their senses,. These are only some of the scientific
facts out of hundreds present in the Holy Quran.These scientific facts have only been discovered Recently How is it possible
that it could be mentioned 1400 years unless it was revealed to
the Prophet Muhammad by the creator, the maker or the
Manufacturer Himself ? This proves the existance of God almighty and also proves that the Holy Quran is the Divine wotd
of God almighty.

I would like to mention a phrase from Geeta where Lord Krishna says that he exists in each and every being,things,animals etc...there's nothing in this world which exists without him.

God is inside us and this realisation can happen only thru meditation and other spiritual practises done with utmost dedication and interest.

Good, Bad, Right, Wrong in many aspects, these are all perceptions . Similarly God and Evil are also highly abstract terms. I personally feel that in order to make mankind live in peace(peace is also a highly relative term), and to prolong the existence of humans on Earth our wiser ancestors created terms like God and Evil.

The supreme being may really exist. This kind of notion will give us confidence, hope and many more. If at all god exists he/she should be angry with me for fabricating him/her as an abstract entity. juss kiddin... because if at all god exists he will show mercy on us for not realising him. .....Feels like talking some nonsense.

Why I say No is for the way you are trying to predict GOD or define GOD.
We all try to find GOD in statues or person, which is very very wrong.
GOD cannot be defined. It cannot fit in any definition as GOD is infinity. In other words GOD is Nature.
You are part of this infinity, this nature. So we call GOD is within you.
Dont expect to see GOD in Human form , if you try you will be highly disappointed at the time of your death.
So clear all the illusions that this world has created about GOD, from your mind.
Study Nature. Open your eyes wide. All the answers are already there in your mind.
