why we write "s" at the end of physics in English?

In all of other languages we dont have s.we say fizik

Because the term "physics" applies to a multitude of laws made to explain why the universe is the way it is. These laws though, vary greatly according to what they apply to. That is why we add an "s" to the end.

That's a really interesting question! Have a star.....

We also say "ethics", "robotics", "metaphysics" etc....

However - we say "music" without an s..... Strange!
