There is 80mg of caffeine in a can of sugar free Red Bull.
The acidity in Red Bull causes mineral loss.
Teenage girls are particularly at risk for osteoporosis later in life because caffeine robs their bones of calcium.
It has potentially dangerous effects on both the heart and nervous system.
There is building evidence that ephedrine is associated with heart palpitations, upper gastrointestinal side effects and symptoms such as tremors and insomnia.

you all are a bunch of worry worts. Red bull is no worse for you than drinking coffee everyday. It might cause sleep problems or heart arrythmia if you are sensative to caffeine but neither of those are life threatening. Just enjoy it in moderation like everything else in life.

dont know what all these people are talking about but there is no caffine in red bull.I am a coffee drinker and my daughter asked me to try that red bull drink for energy. I had drank about three cups of coffee and I know most of those energy drinks have caffine in them and I did not want anymore. (caffine).. So I looked on the back panel to see what all the drink had in it. I remember seeing B12 and a couple more good vitaims in it, but one thing I did not see and that was caffine. And I really dont see how to much of a good thing is bad for you. So if you ask me I say "cheers!"

Probably. It smells like puke so it must be bad for you.
The 'energy' comes from caffeine, and too much of that is definitely not a good thing:
