I know you've heard it over and over but how do i lose weight and keep it off? Here's my story:

I was very skinny growing up and weighed in at 110 lbs at age 18, by age 20 I weighed 135 lbs, which looked really well on my 5' 7" frame. I was never an early eater, and my first major meal was always lunch. I got a roommate who started to cook me breakfast and next thing i know, i was at 155 (very curvy, and carried it well). At this point i had my first child now 8 and that took me up to 184 during pregnancy, i lost 40 of it within 3 months after childbirth. However, i started gaining more and more ever since.

I weighed 190 lbs by the time I was 29 and this is when i got pregnant again. Funny enough i weighed just 208 at full term. My baby is now 3 month old and now I weigh 188 lbs. I would really like to lose 40 lbs and at least 6" off the waist. Most of the weight seems to be concentrated around my mid section. My waist now measures 41".

I usually walk for 20-30 minutes every day.

Is there a nutrionist you can talk to? You sound motivated to lose the weight by working out, but sometimes food consumption has alot to do with it.

you also have to tone up. do some crunches or something like that to lose the inches in the mid section. ya know fitness magazine has a website and you could go on there to find little daily exercises you can do and just continue to walk and eat healthy. good luck
