You usually feel flu symptoms suddenly which include:

fever (high)
headache
fatigue
cough
sore throat
runny or stuffed nose
body aches
diarrhea or vomiting

Just because you have these symptoms doesn't mean you have the flu however. Go to the Dr. to get a diagnosis if you feel you have the flu.

you will know if you have flu you will feel so weak, you may have a heavy cold with it and temperature

sore muscles, nose bleeding, sneezing, sore throat, feelings of being too cold / too hot...can't remember anything else
