If you have access to a microwave, the possibilities are endless. Visit the nearest iceland or similar kind of freezer shop, there are dozens of different weightwatchers micro-ping dinners. Also, you can warm up soups that are low-cal. Also, another alternative is baked potatoes, they take no time in the micro (don't cook them in foil though) and you can have a different topping every time. Try some of the pasta bakes and don't forget to look at the calories involved which are usually printed on the back. Take a walk around the supermarket and have a look at the different ranges of "healthy eating". Our local Tesco do a brilliant range of options.
Best of luck!

Hmmm, pasta could do the trick.
Cook a small portion and toss it with roasted veggies. I normally roast a tomato, chopped carrots, sliced red capsicum, sliced onions, a chopped clove of garlic, and mushrooms with a dash of olive oil, sundried tomato, salt , pepper and herbs.
To complete the dish, add a some fresh (and uncooked)cherry tomatoes and some cubes of low fat mozzarella. I hope this helps :)

Fry up some seeds (pumpkin, sesame and sunflower) with some chili power and store in a plastic tub, sprinkle these on your ryvita and cream cheese. Or jacket potato and beans - low fat and filling. Or pasta with sauce. You could make some hummus and have it with carrots and celery.

I know it's not exactly original but what about eggs? High in protein & low in fat and very quick to make! A couple of boiled or poached eggs with rye bread is very low in fat and very nutritious. Another option is mackeral on toast or even on its own - they sell little tins of mackeral (in spicy tomato sauce) in tescos for about 60p and just pop it in the microwave for a couple of minutes and its a really tasty filling meal and very good in omega 3 fish oils! all depends if you like fish or not though!

Well I know how it feels like eating salad all day. lol So you should try eating things like a normal meal actually. Because that's not really healthy for you. It really depends on what type of diet your on.
