The Cambridge diet is the healthist option where you could loose this amout of weight but you wouldn't loose that amont per week for more than a month. If you want to loose weight long term helthy eating and excersize is the only way - trust me I've tried most ways.

I wouldn't recommend it but there is a diet pill that will help you loose weight fast but it doesn't stay off even the packet says that .
