If by parlor you mean salon, and it hasn't been to long ago; go back and tell them you are not satified, and let them correct it or if nothing else give you free treatments or your money back.
If it has been a while then; I would get Matrix conditioning balm. I am always talking about this stuff, because it is great. I have been doing hair for 11 years and I have never seen anything that comes close to it. It works for all hair types, and not only is it a deep conditioner but it is also a conditioning treatment. You can use it after shampooing, and Matrix hydrating shampoo work really well with this. About a nickel size amount of the conditioning balm and a little water. Work it threw wet hair and let it set for 3 to 5 minutes; then rinse. You will feel the difference immediatly. Do not shampoo for three days, because it is still on your hair, and the longer you can leave it on their the better it does your hair. Two days at least. Anytime you get a treatment it is better if you can wait three days later before shampooing, because it absorbs in the hairshaft better. Good Luck

Do you have a Sally's Beauty Supply store near you? If so, go there & get the Aphogee Shampoo & conditioner. That product line is made specifically for damaged hair. If you are really daring, use the treatment ( I say daring b/c it smells wicked bad), but, works wonders & you only need to do the treatment once every 6 weeks !
My hair was wicked damaged from over coloring & getting a anti-frizz/relaxer treatment & this stuff really brought it back to being healthy. I use the shampoo, 5 min. conditioner thing & then the leave in conditioner everytime I wash my hair & it is really soft & back to being healthy ! :)
