Women think about sex as much as a man does.
Probably not as vividly, but most definitely they think about it.
Your last question is pretty silly though...do you need a certain girl to get horny?

i would have to say that girls DO think about it as much as guys! (even more when we are talking or hangin out with our girl friends) but for the most part i myself think about it very often! i just cant help it!

when you first meet someone you like or first start dating someone, then i might think about it once or twice a day. but usually it doesn't cross my mind much... but that's just me.
