There is so much chemistry going on between me and my boss that sometimes I think the whole department feels it. It is not like this every day, but some days we are both in a kinda excited mood that we don´t know how to dance around each other. Nothing happened between us, but what if it does? What should I do?

Its best not to have a personal relationship with your boss. If it doesn't work out he could make your job difficult or even fire you.
'i'm sure there has been a time in your life you had chemistry with someone and then broke up, and now avoid each other. That would be hard to do in the work place.

Is your boss single?
Are you both of the age that it is legal.....
You answered yes to both....why not...well one reason might be.........
however start to look for another job ......
love and the work place....dont tangle well.
