I wonder why you want to type the way you do. There is nothing wrong with using correct English. If a 16 year old was tattooed I would say "Shame on whoever did it." There are rules and age limits put in place for a reason.. I hope that the tattoo was at least done in a sterile environment. I doubt it tough, since any respectable legal tattoo shop would never do this to a child. Why are today's young people in such a damn hurry to grow up. I am only 29, but when I was 16 the last thing I wanted was a tattoo. I was more worried about the engine in my Buick getting me to school. You will be grown up soon enough.

I think 16 is too young to get a tattoo. I got my first at 18 and SO wish I would have waited and thought more about what I wanted a tattoo of. Especially since it will be with you for the rest of your life. On your neck? Ewww!! Not cute. Put it somewhere where it can be covered up easily. Scorpion tattoo I would think that she's a scorpio.

i think you need to spend less time worrying about this chick, and a little more time worrying about your grammar skills, or lack thereof. there is no reason for someone your age, which i am assuming is around 16, to type like that.

i think it means she was trying to be cool and decided to get a tough looking tattoo, that she will most likely regret when she is older. i have a tattoo on the back of my neck, not of a scorpion, but of something with actual meaning.

16 is too young for a tattoo. you need to be mature before you go making life altering decisions (a scorpion on your neck could easily work against you when you are trying to better yourself in life). i waited until i was 18 to get a tattoo and now at 25, i don't care for it too much, but it's there, and there is nothing i can do about it.

Well none of my daughters would be allowed to have one at that age. In the states I have lived you must be 18 and the location is a key part of getting one. Remember they are there for life. Even if removed you have a minor scar tissue issue. As far as the artistic picture that is applied well as art thats up to the owner. What the person see it as is different than how others may see it. I know I have several, in difeerent cultures they mean different things. So a lot of fore thought is truely needed. As far as placement well consider clothing and life

It is never appropriate for a 16 year old to get any tattoo, especially one on her neck. There will come a day when she will regret that, like if she can't get a decent job, or if she gets one and has to wear turtlenecks all year round. No respectable tattoo artist would tattoo a 16 year old, he could get sued by her parents, and it is just WRONG!!

I do not like neck tattoos, and I think that 16 year old should have a tattoo. I do not think that it necessarily means anything though...and I wouldn't think any less of her as a person.

What would i think about seeing a 16 year old with a scorpion tat on her neck...h'mmm. Well first, I would not know how old she was unless I asked. If I had asked I woukd have thought, "Man, her parents are kewl." What would I think it meant...That she was a Scorpio. Why she got it...because she is using her body to show her art. She is a canvas.

i would think that any 16 year old, girl or boy, with a tattoo on their neck, especially on the sides, regardless of what it was, did not think this decision through, only did it to be cool, and doesn't have a parent who actually cared enough to let them get it.
i would also think that they don't have any plans on having a career in the professional world, because if they did, they would know that the scorpion on their neck would really hinder that.

My fisrt thought reading your your question was: You arent old enough to spell let alone get a tattoo. I got my first tattoo at 16, however I also could spell many simple words thats you obviously cannot. For you, Focus more on school and tring to get a education.

i think if shes 16 thats crazy for her to be getting a tat so young. But if its something that she really loves. who knows the scorpion is part of the astrological sign Scorpio so find out maybe thats her sign and the reason behind it.

Just ask her, worst case scenario if its too personal she won't share.
