Being annoyed with your loved one is as natural as being madly in love with them. This might sound ridiculous now, but its one of my favorite things of a relationship. Just the little bickering and arguing that is followed by a realization that you love each other no matter what.
How can you tell if youre falling out of love? If that certain "spark" isnt there, and that doesnt necessarily mean sexually. You'll know, I assure you.

My mom always said that if you both are the same person and like the same things, one of you isn't necessary. So, you have to expect fighting. I think the hardest part is figuring out whether you love someone or if you are just used to them being there. I would suggest taking about a week away (maybe two) and see how you feel without him. If you find yourself happier without him, go back and tell him why you feel happier without him and what needs to happen in your relationship if he wants you to stay. If he shows non-compliance, dump him and move on. It may be tough at first but just tell yourself "this is the first day of the rest of my life" and be happy you aren't wasting any more time on a dead-end relationship. Good luck!

This is my take on it..
When u dont feel like talking to them anymore.. when u have a chance to.. when things they do are annoying you..
when you try to avoid contact with them..
then you have fallen out of love..
there is always a certain amount of annoyance with someone you live with or have a relationship with.. thats a normal varient.. especially if the relationship is older..
but if you feel any of the above..
Your done!
however.. dont forget to think about what you may feel if the person is not in your life.. too
good luck.. I hate to be where you are at in life.. its a hard call

Well in a relationship your always going to get annoyed i mean it's like i tell my boyfriend i love you but i don't like you right now. Obviously your going to get annoyed sometimes. It seems to be worse around your time because everything seems 15 times worse than all other times combined.
