I'm learning English and I don't know, what does "overcooked" and "let's be honest" means.
Please help!

"overcooked" - cooked for too long
"let's be honest" - let's leave the joke aside, let's talk seriously, let's face the truth - are sayings, most of the time their exact meaning doesn't matter, the general idea being to put a stress, to accentuate on, to draw attention towards that which will be said after the expression. If taken at face value, "let's be honest" means "let's stop lying ourselves / the truth is,...". If you don't understand "let's", it comes from "let us...", which functions somehow as first person plural imperative.

overcooked is when food is cooked to much burnt lets be honest is just a saying people say or they might say you know what i mean

overcooked means that you cook to much and your food is burned. let's be honest means: do not tel a lie
