Try looking up Habitat for Humanities. In Calif. I know there are a couple of warehouses that take donations from contractors. They re-sell the items (sinks, counters, toilets, windows etc) and use the profits for other projects. I've scored some pricey items from them and dirt cheep prices. (i.e. $250 toilet for $35!!!) Good Luck.

Spring is coming and yard sale and church bazaars happen in the spring and fall, prolifically.

Go to the big church yard sales or bazaars or auctions. You should be able to find some interesting things.

Ask around.
Also if you visit yard sales or flea markets ask the other visitors they may know of places they have gone to or heard about.
