I don't particularly want it to get damaged. It measure 20 x 60 cm. Anyone help?

You could crate it in wood....

Both of the above responses are correct. If you can afford to ship it on the stretcher in a crate, that's the best way to keep it in its original condition.

If you end up rolling it into a tube, consider putting tissue paper on the paint side first and "lightly" pad out the inside of the rolled canvas with more tissue paper. This will reduce any rubbing which might occur in transit. Also, make sure the poster tube is solid (i.e.: won't be damaged), and opt for one with as big a diameter as possible so as to minimise any surface cracking on the paint.

Depends whether it is on a stretcher (wooden frame) or not. If it is, then the previous answer is the one for you. If not, roll it paint side inside and buy a large cardboard tube to post it in.
