Has anyone used Luv's leak-free guarantee? Did they actually send you a complete refund? Any idea what they'd do on a double pack? Thanks.

The guarantee does state a "refund". Has anyone actually done this? Thanks.

I have not, but I have gotten refunds from many companies for product problems.

Coke, for instance, sent me a coupon for a free 12pack after the built in handle on one I'd bought ripped, sending a few cans rolling down the parking lot and thoroughly shaking the others.

Nabisco gave me free coupons for any Nabisco product when a pack of Ritz chips were bland.

And when sub rolls molded four days before the exp date, Cobblestone Mills sent me a coupon for a free pack.

So, I'm betting that's what they do- send a coupon for freebies.

Here's the thing: many companies send coupons good for a free pack up to a certain dollar amount- like Propel for instance. From them I got a coupon good for up to $4. So make sure you tell the person on the phone (who will probably ask) the price you paid, the store where you bought them, the UPC code, and the size of the diapers and package.

And I disagree with what one person said- it is not necessary to buy expensive diapers. We often use store brands during the day, and White Cloud (at WalMart) is better than many of the higher priced brands.

I haven't done that but I've had leaks with all because my son still has 2 bottles a night. It happens no matter which diaper. Luvs is my favorite, then Huggies, and I don't care about pampers.

The only real guarantee is to always buy Huggies. My 5th child is still in diapers and I've finally learned that good diapers is the one thing we can't skimp on.
