I don't know about the nicest thing. I was in the drive-thru at Wendy's one time. I paid for the person behind me and told the employee to tell them I said have a bless day. It was small of course. I bet it at least made them smile. I try to do one good deed a day for someone else. I think its important to take that small amount of time out for someone else. It doesn't always have to involve money. A small act of kindness goes a long way though.

I once gave someone a car. It needed some work done on it but I could have gotten a few hundred for it anyway but instead I gave it to someone who really needed it. It was the best feeling.

I have done alot of nice things, and the nicest thing is i dont brag about it.
Take caring of people when they r sick.
Give money when they needed it.
shared my knowlegde with people (Glad to known that most of them are working in good organizations and get paid well they have personally thanks me for sharing my knowlge)
I love kids and it is nice to known that i play with them alot and dont mind them if they mess around and break some of my thing.
It is nicest thing that they love me very much.

I took care of my dad during his last days when he was in hospital with advanced metastatic melanome. Unfortunately he didn´t make it, but I will cherish the memory of those days for ever and ever.

I took care of my Grandfather for almost two years. It was very demanding, because I had my own children, but, I wouldn't trade those moments with him for anything.
