Thailand - May 11, 1949 (Official proclamation)

Bosnia - March 1, 1992 (Independence from the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia).

Iraq - October 3, 1923 (from UK).

Well, you can search for all these three independence days on http://www.wikipedia.org -- just enter the name of these countries and then, you'll get the answers...

But, some countries has no independence day, but a national holiday! Don't forget that other countries are not the U.S.!!!!

Bosnia: National Day, 25 November
Thailand: National Day, 24 November
Iraq: Republic Day, 14 July

Thailand has always been independent, no? Thailand (or Siam) has never been colonized before in history, if my memory serves me right. Any Thais out there who can pls tell?
