A idea has come for the time of my thoughts , how a recommendations do you stay from the boarder, and how regularly do you all plan to pass to visit kin there? If she plans on turning out to be an American Citizen, she will be in a position to't depart the US for a particular era of time if she does her time the following would nicely be altered, you want to study and she how this can or if it does to any extent further have an result. observe; no count number even if she is married to you or no longer one element is going to ensue and which will be a decrease back floor verify if she fails this she will be in a position to no longer be authorised to stay interior the u . s ., that is truth no longer fiction. My son turned right into a capt. interior the Air rigidity and married a lady from Mexico, she is a wide-spread practitioner and they gave her a heck of a time, she became giving very a lot because she became serving in a below-served section at about 0.5 of her favourite wages. i'm in simple terms attempting to allow you to comprehend that being married is not any answer of sure.

You need to have a VISA. If you went on the "leave to enter for 6 months, access to employment and publics funds prohibited" stamp you get on entry, you will not be allowed to marry

You need either a VISA that allows you to enter the country (usually for 6 months) that will allow you to marry. After which, you will recieve a Spouse visa (entitling you to employment) for 2 years, after which, you will be (upon application) granted perminant residence (provided you arent an 'undesirable person' -- I.E criminal record, use of public funds).

If you are already in the UK, and have a VISA that will be valid for longer than 6 months, you must simply apply for approval for marriage, because when you Marry, the legal requirements will demand either a VISA for the purpose of marriage, a letter of consent (or however its called) from the british government if your visa is not specifically designated for marriage, or perminant residence in the UK.

To be granted a VISA -- all you have to show, realistically, is that you will not be a burden on the British government. Doing this through showing that you will have a place to stay, your spouse will be able to support you fully until the Marriage is completed, and that you have a serious intent to marry. Passport valid for 6 months + is usually required too...

Thats about it, get the correct application forms from the home office in the UK, or, from local UK embassy/consulate.

See source for latest requirements, and application forms. (note their site has always sucked and will be slow on peak times)
