i got it on 2/12/07 for with 3k down but the dealer hasn't given me the car since they had to do some repairs to the car, they told me it wasn't going to take more than 24hrs to fix the following things: key opener, air bag sensors, and when fixing the sensor the car computer was locked and needed to be reset it , and replace the following: cd changer (magazine), floor mats, 2 cracked windows, two interior side panels, model letters on the outside and tires. My question is can i cancel the contract and get my deposit back or can i call the finance company to tell them what is going on so they can do something about it, i haven't had the car since i bought it two weeks ago, please serious answers only i really need help, the car is a mercedes-benz ML500.

They are probably having problems with getting some of those parts, or even getting some of them to work properly.

I would go in and tell them to either give me a refund or provide a rental car (at their cost) or apply the down to a different car.

I'd try going to the dealer and seeing the SUV for myself see where they are in the repairs. Take notes on what needed to be done and what is actually done.

Get the Sales and Service manager outside together and raise a Lil hell about the time this matter has taken...explain you may want out of this deal!, or tell them that you will bring this to the attention of your lawyer and/or Better Business Bureau.

Sorry to hear this is bull, once dealers have your money they sit on almost everything like they are trying to hatch a new one.

Overall raise a Lil hell

hay..you bought a car that needed repairs..if you go and demand it right away they may give it to you 1/2 fixed...try to get an update of repairs...what has been fixed what the holdup is...they may be waiting for parts..talk to them

i say i be trying to find another car, with all thing wrong, you buying a car that going to cost you a lot more,down the road, what they doing they trying to do just enought to get it off the lot, an then it going to break down,
