We live on earth, not Heaven. God decides where a person goes no matter what sin they have committed on earth. God is bound by the laws of nature and while a murderer who is prosecuted and put to death may go to Heaven, that Heaven may be a much lower level than the Heaven a non-sinner would go to. Why would God need an angle? He works in a straight and narrow path tradition.

Heaven is paradise, yes, but while on this earth we must live according to man's law. We prosecute murderer's because God's law and man's law says "do not murder".

Your question doesn't make sense to me. We prosecute all people who commit crime. I can't see that that has anything to do with whether someone goes to heaven or not.
