First of all, if you want a straight answer, maybe take a lesson in basic grammar and spelling so that people may undestand your question. Second of all, I will assume that you are either A) a love sick 14 year old girl who has no measure for what constitutes real love or B) a very desperate and somewhat disillusioned woman. You can not base someone's love for you on whether they stare at you unblinking for hours on end. Wait til something life changes happens, some sh*t hits the fan, you need a helping hand and then see if he is still there for you. That is true love....

It depends on what grade your in. If your in 1st, 2nd or 3rd grade and he stares at u without blinking - that means he either wants to play a game to see who blinks first. If he's in 3rd through 6th grade it probably means he can't take his eyes off of you.
For some reason it seems like boys just have a hard time to tell a girl that they like them and it's especially hard for them to tell their guy friends they like a girl no matter what age the boy is because they feel they might get cooties or something.

love is a strong work you sound like your in school still so love is a long way from what you and he feels with each other but to the question at hand if he tells you that he likes you and wants to start a relationship with you he should not be ashamed of you when it comes to his friends if he relay wants to make it work with you he will not pass you up for some friends OK.

Love not yet thats like level 10 you need to do levle 1-9 first.
ie he fances you and likes you but you need to get to know each other and spend a while together to determine love
