We have a boxer dog she is 2 yrs old and adores us as we adore her and we go out or put her outside she jumps an 8 ft fence also she hasnt lost her playfulness as a pup and greets anything or anyone by leaping on them and we are talking anything that has a heart beat. Things have changed with work and stuff and she is left at home alone more often but we really dont want to give her up or tie her up.

You have to discipline her through continuous training! Animals learn through repetition so it's important that you continue training her/him on a regular basis. It's refered to as "conditioning"! I train draft horse who have a brain the size of a walnut but weigh in excess of 2500 pounds! You better be in control of that animal or someones going to get hurt if not killed!
Here's a tip for dogs. Dogs don't like sounds they can't readily identify. So, with a piece of newspaper in hand call the dog to you. If it attempts to jump up, a quick snap on the nose with the paper. The dog will soon associate that annoying action with his actions and should stop! They definitely don't like it so they will change their habits accordingly! You could also use a whistle in place of the newspaper because a dogs hearing is highly sensitive and they don't like it! So, every time he/she goes to jump up, blow the whistle! Won't take he/she very long to figure it out!
Never tie the dog up and leave it alone! Obviously, the dog could strangle and also a tied dog becomes aggressive when left alone tied! I'm totally against it and if it should be the case, the most humane thing to do is find the dog another home where it can roam freely! Tying a dog is a training method to instill aggressiveness such as in "watch dogs"!
They also have electronic devices available that use a "shock" for gaining the same results! I didn't recommend this upfront for two reasons, first being the very expensive cost, secondly I consider it a bit inhumane- but they do obtain excellent results! They are available at pet stores, farm stores, and online. Looking at somewhere around $200 and up!

Put the dog on leash and start from the beginning. Never allow her to greet anyone unless on leash and in a sitting position. When in the house never give a treat unless sitting, no petting unless sitting, when you come home you must stop the dog make the dog sit before petting. If the dog is out side. Long line....either buy a long rope and put a leash clip on it or buy a 30 foot lead. Once the dog can mind on a 6 foot leash let the dog wonder. When they come to the fence and the dog starts jumping pull the dog back. Give the dog a sit command and be prepared to go make the dog do it. If necessary correct the dog with a pop hard enough to knock him off balance. It will not hurt him but distract him to listen to you. many times people teach their animals to jump and react to people with to much excitement because we think it is cute when they are small then when they get big it isn't so cute. Be calm and greet people quietly and the dog will learn to. Make the dog learn to sit and accept praise and to sit while you are talking to a person and not bother you or the person. It will carry over when you are not in the yard with them but you first have to teach them when you are with them. 13 days in a row intense training usually will bring a big change. Be consistant!!!! After greeting and being good then teach when there is play time.

In this videogame you have to tend the garden, grow plants and keep the henhouse. The diverse tasks will be carried out by your own workers that will help the player in this duty.
It's a very nice game.

One way is stick your knee up for her to hit when she jumps up but that won't work with children. So what you need to do is get a collar that wraps around her like a harness and will prevent her from jumping. I don't know what they are called but that is what I used for my lab and it did the trick.
Good luck!

Install an invisible radio fence a couple feet inside your regular fence. You can get them at pet stores that you can put up yourself. Worked very well for my weimaraner.
