I have been meditating since one and a half years. I think I have come quite a long way in meditation. I started by concentrating on my breath for 10 minutes and now I am able to observe my thoughts for about half an hour. I am now less stressed and worry much lesser than I did earlier. I also keep getting quick answers to my questions from inside. But I have not been able to become more active and overcome laziness. Can this be done by Vipassana Meditation? Can I get a detailed explanation on how to do Vipassana Meditation at this stage.

The best thing to do is to get a meditation instructor who can sit down with you one on one and teach you personally and be sure you're ready to progress. Nobody can do that here. Check out buddhanet.net for a list of centers and such listed by country and state or locale for one closest to you... also some teachers do teachings by phone and internet if you need, depending on where you live.

May you find happiness and the cause of happiness...

the first step is breath
the second step is thoughts

you sound like you are doing well with them.

the third step is to feel the love and let it expand.
the traditional method i learnt was to think of someone you love, and feel the love, and let it grow, then think of someone you love a little less and let that grow to become like the first one, etc. etc. until you love everything...

but i personally just focus on letting love into my heart.

Meditate on The WORD of GOD and you will be doing something useful.

Come on. If you were really into this you would not be asking a question such as this. Budda was not into laziness or selfishness.
