on my block there are so many young fools who think they are so slick.they think nobody can stop them.we have block meetings,and still no answers.what can we do as a block.

I am sure that there are more adults then there are of these idiots. If any of the adults are MEN, there is a way to stop it if you know what I mean. Talking hasnt done anything so you know what the next step should be.

Remember when you were young, I bet that you thought that you were pretty slick to. just remind them that they are not the only ones that live on the block, and that what comes around goes around, If that doesn't work just ignore them as the more fuss that is made the more that they think that are worrying you the more that they will keep on doing what they are doing.
