there is this double standard about women having big beauitful lips...but is that the opposite for men....does it seem gay?

hi...well it all depends.. i think the most important thing to keep in mind is that a person usually sees things within themselves worse to what they actually are. Humans are usually more conscious of themselves and their "defects". So just keep in mind that what u see to be "gay" might actually not be a bad feature... a lot of people might say that it depends with the proportion of the face and other features within the same face. This to a certain extent is true...if u were applying for a face model...so this depends on the proportion. But the thing is, sometimes people see positive things in people that others do not see. Sometimes seeing a modelling competition between models i spent ages wondering why a model was considered more beautiful than another...so this all depends on the person.. some people see big lips as attractive, some people do not...same goes for the nose, eyes, hands, whatever...the list is continuous...some people would tell u that blondes are more sexy than brunettes while others would go for black hair...it all depends... another thing to keep in mind is that we are all human and each and everyone of us has some sort of defect...dont concentrate on the bad things...but think of the other things.... sometimes talking to a very interesting but perhaps not so good-looking guy doesnt really look that bad after getting to know him... its cos his awesome character overtook and replaced every bad aspect this person could have had...
What i mean is...u would see ur defects more than another person and that beauty is truly in the eye of the beholder but a great character can replace any bad feature u might possibly have....And lets put it this way...a girl who cannot appreciate a good character is definitely not worth ur time... Big lips is not necessarily a bad thing...its just the fact that u cannot change them that is annoying u so much...
Think abt this....when u were younger did u feel that u had features that u ddnt like abt urself? Now that u are older and perhaps still ressemble ur old self but hav changed ...look at some old photos...now tell me...were you as hideous or were these features as bad as u thought they were during that time? This is just a battle in self esteem...everyone wishes they were perfect and the most conscious person of these "defects" is themselves...trust me...people dont see half the "defects" u feel u have...

It all depends on proportion,if the guy has big lips, big eyes and a big nose,it might not be that attractive for some people. Everyone has a different ideal of what they think os beautiful. Why would it be considerd as gay? I don't think it does make a guy gay if he has big lips, those little factors shouldn't define your sexuality.

Different people are attracted to different things. Someone may be wishing they had lips like yours or have a boyfriend with lips like yours. You are lovely as you are.

You were born with them...instead of thinking they aren't attractive, think positive. When it comes to kissing, big lips are nice and soft and wonderful! ( if you are at the age of kissing)

Well it does depend on your other parts of your face...just blend it in thats the way you were made so dont ask questions just accept it...
