A sweet no baking "cake", more like candy.

100 g butter
3 tablespoons light syrup (molasses)
2 tablespoons cacao
3 dl Kellogs K-flakes
1 dl chopped nuts or almonds
½ dl sunflower seeds
1 dl sultanas raisins
100 g light or dark cooking chocolate

GÖR SÅ HÄR:
1. Place parchment paper into an oven pan 20x30 cm
2. Melt butter and molasses in a sauce pan
3. Stir down cacao and then everything but the chocolate
4. Pour the mixture into the oven pan and flatten with a spoon
5. Melt chocolate in a double boiler (or in the microwave oven, but be careful, don´t burn the chocolate)
6. Spread chocolate on top of cake
7. Place it in the refridgerator

Would you like something easy and with a WOW factor?

Trust me - these are super easy:

Frozen Strawberry Margarita Pie (no cooking required)
Peanut Butter Mousse Pie
Apple Enchiladas

I've tried all of these for when I'm lazy but I want something homemade (cause you know EXACTLY what goes into it) and they are great although they don't usually last long because they get attacked that same day.

Anyway the recipe for all three are at the website below. Hope it helps.

Anzac Biscuits!!!!!!!!!

Ingredients

1 cup plain flour
1 cup rolled oats (regular oatmeal) uncooked
1 cup desiccated coconut
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 tbsp golden syrup (or honey)
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
2 tbsp boiling water
Method

Combine the flour (sifted), oats, coconut and sugar in a bowl.
Melt the butter and Golden Syrup (or honey) in a saucepan over a low heat..

Mix the bicarbonate of soda with the water and add to the butter and Golden Syrup.

Pour the liquids into the dry ingredients and mix well.

Spoon dollops of mixture, about the size of a walnut shell, onto a greased tin leaving as much space again between dollops to allow for spreading.

Bake in a moderate oven, 180C / 350F, for 15-20 minutes.

Cool on a wire rack and seal in airtight containers.

Cherry turnovers.
This may look long, but trust me, you want to read this.
They are very quick and super easy. Only two ingredients. One can of pie filling( I used cherry) and one can of crescents. Unroll the crescents into the 8 triangles and spoon a little bit (too much will pour over the sides) of the pie filling in the center. Fold one point of the triangle over to in between the other two points. Bake them according to the cooking instructions on the crescents. When they are warm sprinkle sugar on top and let them cool. I would suggest lining the cookie sheet with wax paper b/c the pie filling can make a mess. It may seem like a lot, but it goes by really fast.

very easy from Italy , pardon my English
Meringa
you must weigh the albumen of 2 eggs and whip them together whith double weight of sugar until all is very firm. Keep a sheet of paper for cooking and with a spoon you put the mixture on, to make as many eggs one near the other . cook in oven 212 F° for 5/7 hours
(I do it in the night before going to sleep and when I awake it'ready) .The cakes remains white and dry and are wonderful eaten with whipped cream. Buon appetito!
If you want to do an ice cream you may mix 1/3 whisked strawberries - 1/3 sugar and 1/3 whipped cream. All toghether and in freezer.

Chocolate Ripple Cake

1 pkt chocolate ripple biscuits
1 large thickened cream
chocolate bar (peppermint crisp, flake, cherry ripe etc) for decoration.

Whip cream till thick. Join biscuits with cream till like a long log. Cover completely with rest of cream and decorate with crushed chocolate bar. This must be made night before or early that morning so biscuits go soft like cake. Cut into slices on a diagnal.
