I like a girl a lot and i know tht she likes me too.... She msgs me every hour and cares and concerned for me and she calls me up talks hours with me ..... She even also tells all her personal stuff and problems to me and she cant take it if i dont msg her back or try to avoid her ...or for nay reason if i am angry on her,,,,,

irrespective of wether she loves you or not, if you love her, go and tell her, at the most she may so no,,,,,,, its better to hear a "NO" now rather to realise that both loved each other and neither confessed...
possible results :
1. if she also loves you : she will accept
2. If she does not : she will turn you down
3. If she is playing aroun : she would stop that,
4. if all she need is ur friendship: dont worry ur friends ship will not be affected
I rather suggest u occasionally raise the topic and watch her response, say something like " i heard that best friends make good lovers, what so u think about this" or something like " i wish my love would be just like you"
