The Border Patrol Has been using dogs for many years. They have well trained dogs in every sector. The dogs sniff out drugs and are very protective. The handlers receive one hour of A.U.O each day to compensate them for the care of the dog.

They already use dogs.
I believe that your talking about using dogs like I saw used on crowds in Germany years ago - one warning and if they don't do as told, the dog most def. will see that they do.
I think that such would help protect the border agents. Considering how some get very upset if an animal is in any way injured - such an approach very well could have P.E.T.A down on the border with the Minutemen and border patrol agents seeing to it that any harm done to an animal would pay a penalty. May sound STRANGE - but may actually have something there.

Good idea. They should use wolfdogs. But keep them safe from the Mexicans throwing rocks at the Border Police with intent to injure or kill. When the Mexicans throws rocks, the Border Patrol agents should be authorized deadly force, IMHO.

I don't know seems kinda iffy. I mean look what happened when the agent used force when it was necesarry. He got thrown in jail, and the illegal got 5million. What will happen if a dog bites an illegal? He'll probably get put down, and the illegal will get money. Starting to seem like we are fighting a losing battle.
I mean I don't see why they can't apply the non lethal techniques that they use on our own citizens. Like pepper spray, tazer guns, bean bag shotguns, mustard gas, and things like that. It reallly makes no sense to me.

I think they should. When people throw rocks and take shots at the dogs, I guaranty it will get more attention than when they throw rocks or take shots at our border patrol.
