i wanna slim down my thighs! cos i bought this pair of skinny jeans. it fits well but my thighs are just... argh, you get what i mean right? what should i do to burn those fats fast? i mean, asap. and my stomach too!

There are a lot of asanas available for that.for ur stomach every now & then stand or sit straight and try to contract ur stomach muscles.u can breathe when u do this.keep this posture for 20-30 secs.Even when u walk u can do this.This trims the stomach

cardo exercises, get yr hear rate goinging which will burn the fat. try squats, sits up, and jogging wud be the best thing for yr thighs, gud luck
