& what qualities do guys love in a girl,which is rarely seen in society these days? why?

two things bug me the most:
1. double standards
2. not being treated like an individual. ie like guys are all the same, and girls are all the same, and we're totally unlike each other. this isn't true. theres a *lot* of variety and a lot of overlap..
I can't speak for all men, or all societies.
I love a woman who does the work to really know herself, and to know me, and to be able to communicate honestly and without overreacting to every disagreement. this is way too rare (tho its geting better).

I don't like it when a girl spends all her money on things she does not need. I love when girls takes care of herself like nice hair make up and dresses nice. But most of all she has to be sweet and caring
