what do you mean by sexual pills?? is it birth control pills or something else. Well this pills are called contraceptives they stop the merging of a sperm and an ovary thus making no conception. Basically pills are taken for around 1-2weeks continuously at a regular interval. This is so because sperm cells may live in the body of a woman for around 1-2 weeks so if you happen to miss even one pill this might serve as a great impact and you might be pregnant. So pills are not just taken at a one dose basis but several times. But nevertheless i've heard that their are also some strong pills out in the market today that can be taken only once. the problem is I don't know if its true of i might just misunderstood the rumors.

It all depends on what pill you mean because there are effective prescription ones and ones you can buy over the counter, most of those being worthless. All have potential risks.

This is a question you need to discuss with a doctor to see if pills are even an option for whatever problem you are experiencing.

All drugs have side effects, you should discuss with a health care worker - doctor/nurse etc - whether viagra or whatever is suitable for you given your personal circumstances
It is embarassing, but nothing the docs have not seen before!
Good luck
