Getting your heart broken sucks. Getting somebody new right away won't, you have to get over one before you move on to the other. Time is the only healer, one day it will get better.
As for you, if you are only 13 then act 13. Don't be in rush to get grown, because it's a lot of responsibility and decision making. Enjoy your age.

well the true answer is you cant the only advice that i can give you is learn what went wrong and dont let it happen again and also when ever you think that things are going great take three steps back and look in on it just to make sure good luck

You pick youreself up and move on and show no other person that you feel dishartened and show that you are ashamed of what that other person has done..
In time another will come and mend the cracks where your heart was broken before..
